Shipping and Handling

Shipping methods and terms and handling costs are based on shipping method.  Shipping methods include UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS.  Most require physical addresses and cannot use PO Boxes. When you order online, you will have the opportunity to choose the shipping method you prefer, although there are restrictions based on availability of tracking.  Please note that the initial shipping charge indicated may change as you move through the ordering process.  Once you have selected your ship to address, it is validated with the shipping method/carrier chosen and updated on your order.  You also have a choice of shipping method when you order via phone at 800-621-2736, fax at 800-621 -8476, mail to Chicago Distribution Center, Attn: ALA, 11030 S Langley Ave, Chicago, IL 60628 or email to

Sales Tax

If you are tax-exempt, please see Tax Exemption section.

Tax Exemption

If you are exempt from state sales tax, please be sure that your account is currently set up as tax-exempt, as our new vendor will need current documentation. To verify, please email and provide your billing address, sales tax exempt number, and the email address associated with your account, and they will check for you. Note: sales tax is also collected on orders of digital products, where applicable in states that charge sales tax.
