Read Tall Tales Poster
Motivating kids and especially hoopsters to read is a slam dunk with this poster from Coretta Scott King-John Steptoe Award-winning illustrator Charly Palmer. The poster features “Gravity,” the greatest ball player to ever lace up a pair of sneakers. Gravity is the central character in The Legend of Gravity: A Tall Basketball Tale, Palmer’s author-illustrator debut. The book spins a tall tale about a neighborhood basketball hero and is accompanied by vivid art and themes including teamwork, loyalty, friendship, and fun.
